Some might say I am mad, and sometimes I do feel it, but this internet and blogging phenonomenon has me interested! I am a busy mum of 2 children, and I am curious to see if there are others out there that I can share my stress and at the same time, elation with?
I have always hated the term working mum, because put simply if you have young children living with you which you care for, feed, clothe and love...then you are already a working mum!
The difference is that sadly that type of work is not yet PAID!
Even worse is the other phrase that is banded about these days... "I am not a full time mum, I work as well", I hate that even more...surely if all the above is true, then we are fully fledged, 100% full time mums and also money generating members of the economy, are we not!?
Why should one detract from the other or vice versa?
A contradiction some might think having decided to have working mum in the title of my blog 
I co run a thriving business which demands much of my time and energy, but I also strive on a very personal level to provide a loving, educational and safe environment for my children...this too can be very draining, but also very rewarding
I consider my children to be benefiting from my life experience and I think it is very important to show them that in life you can do what ever you dream about doing, as long as you are prepared to put the work in
Could it be that there are many others like me, single mums that do not rely on the state run schemes that keep most of us sedate, have mortgages and almost full responsability for their childrens welfare, education and financing of their existance....
